Job Description

Being a Production Coordinator with us means leveraging your exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising production operations to ensure quality, productivity, and safety in a dynamic manufacturing environment.


On a daily basis, you will:




Plan and organize all operations within your departments. Manage unionized staff (integration, training, health and safety, discipline, quality, productivity, and problem-solving). Ensure compliance with health and safety measures and promote prevention. Recommend and implement measures to increase productivity. Foster a work environment conducive to achieving efficiency, product quality, required deadlines, and workplace safety. Participate in performance analysis and monitoring, and develop improvement strategies.


You're the person we're looking for if you have:


A degree in operations management or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2 years in a similar role. Experience managing unionized staff. Solid knowledge of production and improvement tools (MRP, Kaizen, Lean). Proficiency with computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems). Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
