Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Production Line Packer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency! In this energetic environment, you'll be an essential part of the manufacturing process, working on the production line to pack and prepare products for distribution. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional goods to our customers while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

This position is with a variable schedule based on weekly production needs and seasonal demand. Workdays may range from 2 to 5 days per week, depending on workload and busier production periods. Employees are expected to be available for assigned shifts as scheduled.

What you'll do but not limited to:

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to assist in packing operations. Collaborate with team members on the production line to ensure smooth workflow and timely production. Inspect products for quality assurance before packing to maintain high standards. Utilize forklift equipment to transport materials as needed within the manufacturing facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.

Qualifications

Experience in food/beverage manufacturing and production experience (assembly, machine operating, packing, filling out daily checklists, clean-up). Ability to lift from 15- 40 lbs and work well with team. Able to keep a fast pace on bottling line to meet daily targets.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
