Eaton is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - Mechanical Assembly (Day Shift) to join the team at our manufacturing facility in Milton, ON.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $79,699 - $99,623 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

## What you'll do:
Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is an on-site role based at our plant in Milton, Ontario and leads a team of 25+ mechanical assemblers and 2 team leads across two shifts.
Essential Functions Include:
Production Goals - You will be responsible for strategic deployment of the workforce to meet production goals and customer requirements in a manner that aligns with Eaton's safety, quality, inventory and employee engagement objectives.
Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) - You will be a role model for our EHS culture, ensuring EHS expectations are strictly upheld and risk reduction projects are executed to make work safer.
Drive Continuous Improvement - Participate in and lead activities like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S+, and Standard Work events. Your efforts will contribute to Kaizen events and other Lean activities, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
Team Leadership - The Production Supervisor will lead by example and ensure a highly engaged, inclusive and team-oriented environment. They will ensure proper onboarding and training for employees in their department.
