Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production and machine oporator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing and packing products efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all items meet quality standards before they are shipped. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and machinery to produce and package products according to specifications. Assemble packaging materials and ensure proper labeling of finished goods. Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products safely and efficiently. Inspect packaged items for quality assurance, ensuring all products meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize packaging processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues. Experience with hand tools and assembling packaging materials is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
