We are seeking a detailed orientated, enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Production & Logistics Manager. Responsible for planning and coordinating beer production and logistics for our 3 brands, this individual will work closely with all departments to ensure production and packaging goals are met and warehouses maintain standard stock levels.

Duties & Responsibilities

Plans packaging runs and brews based on sales forecast, actual sales data, and current inventory levels Monitors inventory levels of finished goods to avoid stock outs Orders packaging materials and monitor's inventory Conducts monthly finished goods inventory counts and reconciliation Coordinates daily production transfers from breweries to warehouses

Experience & Skills

3 or more years experience working in a brewery Demonstrated ability to drive improvement in process and efficiency Strong understanding of the brewing and production processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Established competency with MS Office, Inventory Management Systems, Forecasting and Reporting Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Proven problem solver High attention to detail and level of accuracy Ability to handle competing priorities and quickly respond to changing operational requirements Management experience and ability to grow and lead a team considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
