Sterasure Inc. is a fast-growing healthcare manufacturing company, and we are expanding our team. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production and Assembly Operator to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Production and Assembly Manager and play an integral part in ensuring the efficient operation of our production and assembly processes, particularly in the manufacturing of hypochlorous acid solutions and related products.   • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain bottling line equipment in strict adherence to quality control standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure product quality and efficiency. Conduct regular quality control checks and meticulously document results.
  • SOP Adherence: Follow established standard operating procedures for bottling line equipment and product handling, ensuring consistency and product integrity.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of bottling line equipment and the surrounding work area to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bottling and packaging area as well as the general warehouse space as appropriate. This includes material storage, movement, and distribution.
  • Inventory Support: Assist in periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bottling line and warehouse, contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives.
  • Safety and Quality: Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain strict compliance with quality control standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in production, packaging and/or assembly management preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in English and Spanish is preferred (but not required).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the keen ability to take ownership of problems and their solutions.
  • Proficiency in production scheduling and inventory management preferred
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, quality control standards and guidelines and their implementation preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of bottling line equipment and maintenance is an asset.

Experience:
  • Manufacturing, Bottling Line, or Packaging: 1 year (preferred)
