Position: Photography and Matterport Operator
Type: Hybrid/ On-Site ( Contract for 30 days)
Location: Waterloo
Salary: $35-$40 hourly (Flexible depending on experience)

Our client is a leader in the real estate construction and property rental business located in Waterloo, ON. The company is a specialized builder with over 19 years of building innovation in the residential and commercial sectors.

The Photography and Matterport Operator is responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and creating immersive 3D virtual tours using Matterport equipment provided by the company. They will play a crucial role in showcasing properties, spaces, and products to clients, ensuring exceptional visual content for marketing and promotional purposes.

What makes you a fit/must haves:

• Drone Operation:

o Utilize company-provided drones to capture aerial photographs and videos of properties, landscapes, and events.
o Ensure safe and responsible operation of the drone in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Matterport Operations:

o Operate Matterport equipment, such as 3D cameras and scanners, to create virtual tours of properties and spaces
o Process and upload Matterport scans to the company\'s platform and ensure that they are properly rendered and accessible to clients.
o Conduct thorough reviews of photographs and Matterport scans to ensure they meet the company\'s quality standards.

If you have the experience in Matterport scanning software and can operate a drone for aerial photographs, you could be working immediately as this is an urgent requirement! The company will provide all the needed equipment.
