Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations within our production environment by managing administrative tasks, data entry, and supporting various office functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience with clerical duties in a fast-paced setting. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while developing valuable administrative skills.

Duties



Manage data entry and maintain accurate records using software such as EPICOR and Microsoft Office Suite Handle filing, document management, and record keeping to ensure easy retrieval of information Support front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing schedules changes Support customer support efforts through phone etiquette and professional communication Perform general clerical duties including updating hours in Dayforce and EPICOR Reconciling data entry and supporting office workflows Maintain organization of office supplies and ensure the cleanliness of workspaces Support bookkeeping activities related to production records and inventory tracking

Experience



Proven clerical experience in an office environment, preferably within medical or dental offices Familiarity with Dayforce, EPICOR and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong computer skills including data entry, proofreading, and document management Experience with front desk responsibilities such as multi-line phone systems and customer support roles Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities Prior experience in bookkeeping or medical/dental office settings is advantageous but not required
This position is ideal for candidates who are proactive, organized, and eager to support a busy production environment through administrative excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
