Sous la supervision de la Directrice de post production, le r\xc3\xb4le du producteur post-production est de s\'assurer du bon d\xc3\xa9roulement de la production en respectant le budget et l\'\xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ancier. Nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un.e producteur.trice qui a autant \xc3\xa0 c\xc5\x93ur la gestion d\'un projet que le d\xc3\xa9sir de livrer un produit cr\xc3\xa9atif hors pair.

RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S

• Assumer la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de chaque \xc3\xa9tape de la production (brief, gestion du d\xc3\xa9veloppement cr\xc3\xa9atif des artisans, l\'implication des bons intervenants, suivi, consolidation des commentaires, contr\xc3\xb4le qualit\xc3\xa9, etc.);
• Cr\xc3\xa9er les workflows appropri\xc3\xa9s en fonction des projets;
• Obtenir le briefing et le mat\xc3\xa9riel n\xc3\xa9cessaire de la part de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de cr\xc3\xa9ation et production;
• \xc3\x89tablir un devis et \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ancier, g\xc3\xa9rer toutes les \xc3\xa9tapes du calendrier reli\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 la postproduction;
• G\xc3\xa9rer la relation et les interactions entre les artisans internes (motions ou monteurs), producteur.trice d\'agence, cr\xc3\xa9atifs, clients et partenaires externes;
• Suivi r\xc3\xa9gulier aupr\xc3\xa8s des diff\xc3\xa9rents intervenants sur le projet;
• Communiquer avec la productrice d\'agence (ou partenaires externes) de fa\xc3\xa7on efficace afin de les informer de l\'avancement et des emb\xc3\xbbches lors du projet;
• \xc3\x8atre \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9coute des besoins des \xc3\xa9quipes de cr\xc3\xa9ation et \xc3\xaatre en mesure de bien faire le suivi aupr\xc3\xa8s des artisans;
• Mener le projet \xc3\xa0 terme en respectant le budget et l\'\xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ancier. S\'assurer de la satisfaction des artisans, des cr\xc3\xa9atifs et des clients au courant du projet;
• V\xc3\xa9rifier que tous les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments , audio, tournage, vid\xc3\xa9o, calendrier, etc., soient pr\xc3\xaats pour les artistes et les livraisons pr\xc3\xa9vues;
• Superviser la coordonnatrice post production dans les t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa0 effectuer;
• Rechercher, c\xc3\xa9duler et g\xc3\xa9rer des \xc3\xa9quipes, des fournisseurs et des pigistes;
• Assumer la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de la gestion administrative et de la rentabilit\xc3\xa9 de ses projets (OPR, rapports d\'heures);
• Effectuer la facturation et la consolidation des budgets;
• Demeurer \xc3\xa0 l\'affut des nouveaux fournisseurs, techniques et tendances dans le milieu.

REQUIS

• 2 \xc3\xa0 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience (minimum) en post production;
• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at dans une discipline pertinente;
• Tr\xc3\xa8s bonne connaissance technique de la post production;
• Bonne connaissance de la production en agence ;
• Bonne capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer plusieurs projets simultan\xc3\xa9ment;
• Autonomie;
• Aptitude \xc3\xa0 travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe;
• Bonne gestion du stress;
• D\xc3\xa9brouillardise;
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\'anglais, tant \xc3\xa0 l\'oral qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit (collaborateurs et clients \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9chelle internationale).

ROLE

Under the supervision of the Post Production Director, the role of the Post Production Producer is to ensure the smooth running of production while respecting the budget and schedule. We are looking for a producer who is equally committed to project management and delivering exceptional creative output.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take responsibility for each stage of production (briefing, managing creative development of artists, involving the right stakeholders, follow-up, consolidating feedback, quality control, etc.);
• Create appropriate workflows for each project;
• Obtain briefing and necessary materials from the creative and production team;
• Prepare cost estimates and schedules, manage all stages of the post-production calendar;
• Manage the relationship and interactions between internal artists (motion graphics or editors), agency producers, creatives, clients, and external partners;
• Regularly follow up with different stakeholders on the project;
• Communicate effectively with agency producers (or external partners) to keep them informed of project progress and any challenges;
• Listen to the needs of the creative teams and provide effective follow-up with the artists;
• Successfully complete the project within the budget and schedule. Ensure satisfaction of the artists, creatives, and clients throughout the project;
• Ensure all elements, such as audio, footage, video, schedule, etc., are ready for artists and planned deliveries;
• Supervise the post-production coordinator in their tasks;
• Research, schedule, and manage teams, suppliers, and freelancers;
• Take responsibility for project administration and profitability (cost reports, hour tracking);
• Handle invoicing and budget consolidation;
• Stay up to date with new suppliers, techniques, and trends in the industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 5 years of experience (minimum) in post production;
• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant discipline;
• Strong technical knowledge of post production;
• Good understanding of agency production;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Autonomy;
• Teamwork skills;
• Good stress management;
• Resourcefulness;
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (international collaborators and customers).
