The Bridge Network provides leading dental practice management software across Canada. With its office located in North York, Ontario we provide installation, support and training to over 1800 offices across Canada.
We are looking for a Product Support Representative to continue to provide best in class service and assist with technical issues as well guide users through a verity of features and functions.
Candidates who will be successful in this role must be able to communicate in a clear and confident manner while being empathetic to customers and earning their trust.
The Bridge Network's product support team has an outstanding reputation amongst the dental industry and a suitable candidate must align with our standards. You will be a part of an ever expanding and diverse support team, with a strong emphasis on team.
Product support specialist responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely, accurate and polite way via phone or email
- Quickly identifying customer needs and aiding customer in using specific features
- Analyzing, reporting and testing any product bugs or enhancements
- Ability to work with 3rd party hardware and vendors for setup and configuration of the software
- Identify and escalate issues to the correct department and manager
- Update and create knowledgebase entries for internal use
- Communicate new functions and features to clients through documents and videos
- Test and report any software issues discovered and follow up with clients once fixed Skills and requirements
- Education in information technology or computer related field is required
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time management abilities are a must
- Patience and perseverance in dealing with lengthy cases
- Experience with cloud and WAN implementation is an asset
- Experience in previous product / technical support role is an asset
- Knowledge and understanding of CRM system usage is an asset
Schedule
- Monday to Friday. Multiple shifts available between 8:30am and 7:00pm
