Position Title: Product Owner SalesPosition Type: Regular - Full-Time Position Location: Florenceville GTCRequisition ID: 28361 Join the Digital Growth team at McCain to deliver digital transformation across McCains Sales execution processes.We need a candidate to vision and deliver a new Digitizsed sales playbook with the right mix of in-person, digital and virtual sales execution.You will be obsessed with digital and data to intelligently target, grow and retain customers and be committed to delivering ROI from sales spend. With an ambition to extend the usage of Salesforce across all our sales channels, experience in FMCG and Retail sales execution would be very beneficial.With connected marketing, trade and pricing execution you will leverage technology, in particular McCains strategic platforms - Salesforce & SAP, to deliver sales excellence across internal, external and third-party sales teams enabled by simplified backend processes.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:CoreReporting to the Director, Digital Growth you will

• Create a 2-3 year vision & roadmap to digitally transform Sales processes across the McCain global organisation.
• Continue the vision of making Salesforce the single source of truth for customer information and orchestrator of digital business processes for Sales teams
• Look to replace any existing CRM solutions with global best practice and platforms.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders and customers to execute the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization of initiatives
• Work closely with the Global Product Owner for Digital Marketing, Trade and Pricing and McCains Commercial leaders to maximise growth to McCains customers through intelligent lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
• Continually improve customer data quality & enrichment to enable prioritization of sales and service initiatives
• Digitize to simplify commercial processes and embed data-led decision making and insights to enable continual improvement.

Technology Delivery

• Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Participates in the development process with the development team and external partners to deliver product changes.
• Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
• Partners with product stakeholders to define the user experience
• Identifies change management impacts to end-user community and collaborates with respective stakeholders to manage/mitigate
• Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

Elevation

• Inspire, educate, and support product stakeholders in the regional markets to embrace and lead initiatives that will elevate their teams Sales performance and expand the technical capabilities of all product users.

• Act as the "guardian of the global process & solutions" to ensure that McCain maintains global standardization unless deviation is required for specific market conditions, and this is agreed by the appropriate business sponsors
• Act as the guardian of the user experience to facilitate product adoption, on-boarding and process efficiency

Capability

• Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure products are embedded with an appropriate network of support for user onboarding and capability.
• Support the development of training programs & material, to sustain product capability.

• Proactively Explore industry trends and advancements in technology to identify new and leading solutions that will significantly impact the achievement of the business objectives and move McCain ahead of the competition.

• Identify opportunities within the business to improve or provide data & insights to enhance decisions or facilitate agility.

• Widespread adoption of sales execution processes that deliver ROI on sales team and competitive advantage for McCain
• The product owner has a deep knowledge of the product, the market, and customers.
• Ability to easily context-switch for both strategic and tactical activities

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communication platforms to ensure success of projects
• Strong Influencing & Presentation Skills:
• Stakeholder Engagement & Management: Ability to work with all levels within the organization including SLT

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

• Knowledge in SAP & Salesforce CRM solutions
• Experience working within an agile project delivery framework
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties.
