You are accountable for empathizing the client needs and being a voice of the client when establishing priorities. You are accountable for understanding needs of various stakeholders (line of business, legal, risk, security, and many other) and ensuring alignment across the Digital Product and Digital Tech teams for each iterations. You will help define the roadmaps and capabilities that enable CIBC\'s Digital Sales objectives and modernization of our digital sales platform. You are passionate about the intersection of business, design, and technology and strive to explore how financial services can become enjoyable digital experiences for our clients. You drive, manage and execute new initiatives and features/capabilities in alignment with Digital Sales\' strategic objectives while supporting the business goals of Line of business/Product teams. You have the ability to think strategically about how you can mobilize and engage teams to strategic execute on Digital Sales F25 roadmap.Create, Maintain and Prioritize Backlog - working with Stakeholders, business partners, analytics, and client feedback team to understand the business/customer problem and develop a product backlog that solves for client\xe2\x80\x99s problems and meets business objectives.Lead and collaborate on product requirements - You will lead the requirement curation process and develop user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, design, editorial, project managers, technical consultants, line of businesses and various members of the product team.Serve as the internal/external subject matter expert on the product \xe2\x80\x93 act as primary contact for product related questions. Own and present your product to stakeholders at internal and external ceremonies. Leverage knowledge of the product and platform to support resolution of escalations and production issues in partnership with technology teams.Manage each Iteration \xe2\x80\x93 You will manage go to market / release plans, monitor scope / schedule / budget and ensure the best ROI on the development effort with the project manager and technical leads.Validate - Ensure each iteration delivers expected result by working closely with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features You ensure that each increment/iteration is adding value to the customer journey.Communication - Superior interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to convey or present factual and conceptual information on issues which require detailed explanation and interpretation.Mentoring \xe2\x80\x93 You provide leadership support to junior POs and others in the team. Look for opportunities to improve how we work.Who you areYou have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, and/or a related field, and 5+ years of experience working in Digital Product Management - developing and maintaining new products and services.
