\xe2\x80\x8bPosition Title: Product Owner AssociatePosition Type: Regular - Full-Time \xe2\x80\x8bPosition Location: Toronto HQRequisition ID: 29530\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bJOB PURPOSE:McCain understands the importance of Digital as the future platform for Growth and engagement of CustomersReporting to the Product Owner, Digital Marketing & Engagement, the Delivery Lead will execute and deploy technology solutions across our global organization.The delivery lead will be a subject matter expert in their product portfolio consisting of Marketing and innovation tools and partner with our technology delivery and business stakeholders to ensure value realization from these solutionsYou should be passionate about how technologies can be leveraged to generate growth and loyalty to create competitive advantage.Knowledge & experience working with MarTech solutions including Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud is required Social, Web Marketing, ecommerce and SEO experience also highly valued.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Core

  • Project execution and stakeholder engagement
  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
  • Translates roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
  • Advocate and ensure adherence to McCain Global processes & solutions unless deviation is required for specific market conditions and this is agreed by the appropriate business sponsors
  • Act as the guardian of the user experience to facilitate product adoption, onboarding and process efficiency.
Engagement
  • Develop partnership relationships with our strategic vendors to maximize the value from these engagements
Capability
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure products are embedded with an appropriate network of support for user onboarding and capability.
  • Support the development of training programs & material, to sustain product capability.
  • Identify opportunities within the business to improve or provide data & insights to enhance decisions or facilitate agility.
  • Assist in developing business cases for new applications.
  • Assist in ensuring that new solutions are properly integrated with existing applications
  • Assist with RFI/RFP process for selection of software provider and system integrators.
  • Assist in the development of contracts, professional service agreements and statements of work.
  • Responsible for the blueprint, realization, testing, training, go live and hyper care.
  • Assist with ongoing application requirements e.g. contract renewals and licenses etc.
Releases/Upgrades & Evolution
  • Partner with the product architect to ensure release, upgrade, and development processes are in place to ensure the stability of the system and minimal business disruption relating to technical change.
  • Partner with the product architect to ensure appropriate testing and technical support is in place for technical changes
  • Partner with the Product architect on the development of life cycle roadmaps for all products
  • Includes version alignment globally and timing of upgrades.
  • Ensure new functionality is communicated to the business.
  • Prepare for any "end of life" scenarios and work to develop replacement alternatives.
  • The Delivery Lead has a deep knowledge of the product, the market, and customers.
  • Has strong project management skills
  • Strong Presentation & facilitations Skills
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
  • Advanced knowledge and expertise in Salesforce CRM solutions, Marketing automation and project management solutions
  • A solid understanding of master data and its integration.
  • Experience working within an agile project delivery framework
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties.
  • Alignment with McCain core values
  • Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment with ambiguous conditions, dealing with both internal and external customers, including cross functional teams.

  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
  • Travel: as required
