Overview:

PRODUCT MARKETING SR. ADVISOR - TORONTO/VAUGHN

Quest Software is looking for a Product Marketing Sr. Advisor focused on our Microsoft Active Directory modernization and cyber resilience products. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow and advance their careers in product marketing. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer and storyteller, eager to learn and become an authoritative expert on their buyer personas, the market and the competition.

Must be currently located in Toronto/Vaughn region as this will be a hybrid/remote role.
Responsibilities:

Product Positioning:

Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning to effectively communicate value to customers, channel partners, and internal sellers.

Monitoring Market Drivers and Competitive Analysis:

Keep a pulse on market trends, drivers, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Developing Content and Value Propositions:

Create engaging content and strong value propositions, including customer presentations, marketing collateral, and sales tools.

Managing Product Launches:

Coordinate and execute product launches, ensuring all aspects are covered from planning to implementation across central marketing and other cross-functional teams.

Developing Buyer Personas:

Identify and develop detailed buyer personas to guide effective positioning, marketing strategies and ensure targeted messaging.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Assist in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and growth.

Sales Enablement:

Partner with our Revenue Acceleration and Enablement team to provide internal sellers and channel partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell our products.

Public Speaking:

Be comfortable speaking in front of groups, presenting product information, and leading training sessions.

Qualifications:
6-8 years experience in B2B product marketing or a related marketing field. Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related field Proven project management experience - balancing multiple projects/requests simultaneously Team player able to work in a cross-functional and virtual marketing team, or also able to work proactively and independently. Strong communication and influencing skills. Excellent relationship building and networking skills. Results-driven with the ability to analyze and make decisions based on data Strong analytical skills to monitor market drivers and conduct competitive analysis. Comfortable speaking in front of groups and presenting information clearly.
