Our platform provides wholesale suppliers, manufacturers, and their customers (restaurants, caterers, hotels, lodging, etc.) with an all-in-one order management, shopping, payment, and tracking solution that saves valuable time, allowing users to do more with their existing staff, and ultimately, build a more profitable business.

The Cut+Dry founders and executive team have a background uniquely suited to attack this complicated problem. Consisting of lifelong Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, the leaders have built and exited multiple startups and possess deep domain expertise in the restaurant and food supply chain business, having sold previous startups to one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest food distributors.

Who We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

Cut+Dry services the needs of restaurants, distributors, and manufacturers, building novel and modern interfaces. It is critical that we are able to effectively communicate the value of new features and products to each stakeholder in order to drive adoption and deeper engagement.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution across our restaurant, distributor, and manufacturer platforms. This person will be an integral part of driving the product roadmap, contributing directly to revenue targets, and devising strategic GTM plays. You will have an opportunity to define and lead how we scale.

At a tactical level, you will be responsible for in-product marketing and messaging (both text and video), customer journey mapping, sales enablement, customer research, and more. You will also be responsible for internally communicating GTM initiatives and working to focus both the product and development teams. Success will be measured by the speed of activation and depth of engagement for our stakeholders. You will work closely with leads from Product, Engineering, Account Management, Operations, and Partners and will report to the Head of Product at Cut+Dry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the launch and adoption of new products by collaborating with product, marketing, and sales
  • Develop and maintain the value propositions of our products
  • Develop positioning strategies for existing and new products
  • Develop messaging and positioning by deeply understanding our stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 needs through industry and competitive research
  • Identify and create content to drive demand at every stage of the stakeholder journey
  • Be the in-house expert for the product and stakeholders by evangelizing our solution with internal teams and leaders
  • Educate our sales and operations teams on products and create tools/collateral to help them win
Qualifications:
  • +3 years of product marketing experience (ideally B2B, Fintech, or Supply Chain)
  • You have designed and executed marketing initiatives that provide you with enough context to pattern match, but also have an appreciation for approaching new challenges
  • You have held a role in an early stage Product Marketing team where you played a key role in establishing the processes required to understand the effectiveness and scalability of a marketing function
  • You have previously worked in an outcomes-driven organization and are excited about owning or co-owning metrics related to your work
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational capabilities
  • Storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in video creation and editing (product demos/ walkthroughs)
  • Deep familiarity with Intercom and/or other marketing tools
  • Have obsessive attention to detail
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with being involved with product marketing strategies from beginning to end
  • Passion for problem-solving and ability to empathize with stakeholder concerns and priorities
  • BA/BS university degree preferred
  • Bonus if you have prior experience in the hospitality industry
