Acumatica\xe2\x80\x99s rapidly growing product marketing team is looking for a strategic and motivated customer advocacy manager with proven experience in customer success and a passion for B2B in the SMB market. This product marketing role spans all industries. We will only consider candidates with demonstrable experience working directly with customers to develop advocacy marketing materials that showcase success and value across multiple channels. This critical role will align Acumatica\xe2\x80\x99s customer advocacy initiatives with the larger marketing organization to support Acumatica\xe2\x80\x99s heightened brand awareness in the SMB market. You will work directly with customers to deliver compelling and differentiated messages, share customer stories through industry events and digital assets, including case studies, videos, press releases, and blogs & help us hit it out of the park with our business goals.

  • Demonstrable ability to develop successful long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Passion for Storytelling
  • Passionate storyteller with the ability to understand industry challenges and trends, to turn them into compelling messaging.
  • Translate technical concepts and functionality into compelling real-world customer stories and marketing messages.
Project Management Skills
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven success in driving projects to completion.
  • Source & capture customer successes via case studies and videos.
  • Support the high demand for customer messaging and content related to demand generation efforts, webinars, speaking events, and communications programs, both internal and external.
Marketing Enablement
  • Be the customer expert, providing customer content and support to all marketing functions, such as Demand Generation, PR, AR, Communications, and Web.
User Review Sites Management
  • Be the Acumatica expert on user review sites like G2, ITRG, Peer Insights, etc., driving Acumatica\xe2\x80\x99s positioning, messaging, awards, and recognitions like badges in the mid-market ERP category.
Competitive Intelligence
  • Converge customer success stories and messaging with competitive scenarios to create potent competitive positioning materials.
Sales Enablement
  • Enable a growing Acumatica sales team and our partner ecosystem with success stories, hero cards, and more.
Geographic and Industry Diversity
  • Create customer stories and messaging by geography, industry, and sub-industry segments to strengthen Acumatica\xe2\x80\x99s positioning as a global ERP vendor.
Align with Internal Stakeholders
  • Closely collaborate with members in marketing, product management, & sales on product launches, & product marketing programs.
Requirements
  • This role requires demonstrable experience working with customers.
  • At least five years of experience in a Customer Success or Advocacy role for B2B software.
  • Experience working with CRM software and customer marketing software platforms like SlapFive is required.
  • Experience working with user review sites like G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Trust Radius etc., is required.
  • Obsessed with showcasing customer advocacy to the business.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • Strong desire to win as a team combined with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong skills in communication, writing, & ability to work well cross-functionally.
  • Creative thinker who can generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment, & organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A sense of humor, tenacity, & grace under pressure =)
  • Familiarity with strategic alliances or partner management is a huge plus.
