What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Director, Analytics & Offer Management, you will be accountable for executing offers and campaigns for new client acquisition for all channels and for day to day business management activities to help drive portfolio growth and monitor performance. As a Manager, you will lead the execution of key initiatives and campaigns by working in close partnership with our internal channel teams and enterprise partners.

How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Succeed

Partner Management \xe2\x80\x93 Work closely with the greater acquisition team as well as all internal partners to ensure smooth and successful delivery of campaigns

Performance Management \xe2\x80\x93 Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on key portfolio metrics and client acquisition targets

Operations Management \xe2\x80\x93 Develop a detailed understanding of process and systems and assist in identifying new project opportunities and enhancements

Competitive Intelligence \xe2\x80\x93 Develop an understanding offer management, the feasibility of new competitive promotions and support financial modeling to help drive strategic decision making
