Job summary: This position assists information technology leadership to drive ongoing improvements to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Member Connect and SR365 platforms to increase business performance and member experience. This is achieved through leading and managing vendor relationships and focusing on the ongoing quality of the products released through planning and quality assurance. Product Lead Responsibilities for CRM/Member Connect & SR365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform-based):

  • Assumes the role of primary REBGV lead providing direction for the Member Connect Product and developing and maintaining the vendor relationship with Sparkrock.
  • Takes the lead on collecting and prioritizing requests for improvement from business areas.
  • Provides direction and oversight for the REBGV team in testing and quality control monitoring for product enhancements and upgrades.
  • Makes recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers.
  • Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in these systems and projects.
  • Manages the upgrade schedule and coordinates REBGV\xe2\x80\x99s response to upcoming changes. This includes testing and monitoring the quality of product enhancements and upgrades (Microsoft Wave Releases for CRM & SR365).
  • Communicates updates and improvements to managers and staff.
  • Ensures proper tracking of issues and performance of the CRM and SR365 platforms and drives the appropriate remediation.
  • Monitors, reports, and assesses departments\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction with Member Connect & SR365 and makes recommendations to improve user experience.
  • Provides expertise and direction as REBGV\xe2\x80\x99s representative in joint meetings with technical staff and suppliers to plan, implement, document, and communicate changes, upgrades, and improvements to Member Connect & SR365 platforms.
  • Manages and coordinates all approved work under the Sparkrock Managed Services. This involves working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and the Sparkrock Team:
  • Documents Requirements into User Stories \xe2\x80\x93 work with SME\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Creates test cases and identifies testers
  • Assists with Functional Testing
  • Manages User Acceptant Testing (UAT) \xe2\x80\x93 monitors progress, provides updates to Project Manager and manages the list of reported bugs
  • Assists with UAT Testing when needed
  • Organizes Staff Training \xe2\x80\x93 assist with scheduling departments & creating training documents
  • Creates Deployment Smoke Test Plan
  • Creates Deployment Data Validation Plan
  • Manages the roll-out of product enhancements and upgrades.
Ideal skills and abilities:
  • Excellent vendor management and relationship skills.
  • Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Prior experience working with an Agile Scrum Methodology.
  • Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience as lead tester for major application integration and/or major application project release.
  • Proficiency in user acceptance testing protocols.
  • Excellent team and customer service skills.
  • Experience in project coordination and management.
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing).
