Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for Prostate Ca product marketing, messages and materials. Collaborate on the salesforce effectiveness model.
• Responsible for delivery of planned analytics and reporting utilizing BI tools, including providing sales force training & support for products.
• Leads the internal teams Marketing Planning & Implementation Process required with stakeholders. IDAPS process.
• Work with internal marketing teams to establish KPI’s for significant programs / campaigns, conducting assessments in partnership with marketing team to enhance our marketing effectiveness.
• Plan and support promotional research compliance process through consistent application SOP, understanding of the submission & approval process, support of approvals through Veeva Vault. Compliance requirements.
• Coach and support the Digital Omni channel (DO) strategy with DO Manager for AAA Canada.

This role is located at our Mississauga site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered.

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, finance or related fields required and 15+ years of experience; 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred including Canada, Oncology product launch experience for large product markets, Men’s Health.
• Track record of influencing key stakeholders across the organization, including strong presentation and collaboration skills; Exceptional presentation and communication skills; Bilingualism is an asset.
• Experience modelling market opportunity, work collaboratively with others on the team; Ability to manage agencies for impact/deliverables.
• Strategic data and analytical skills, including expert level in Excel, with the ability to digest and interpret multiple complex data sources and draw insights to utilize for Sales Force efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience in managing cross functional projects and processes, including large cross-functional initiatives with a strategic approach.
• Strong experience managing marketing teams
