• As the Director of our Agribusiness Product Management is to increase TELUS Agriculture success within our Program Execution product lines in the Agriculture Manufacturer and Retail space. Through your Product leadership, engagement with our customers, and your deep understanding of all data management software, you will lead your team successfully and raise the TELUS Agriculture to the next level.

You will have a unique blend of business and technical understanding to lead the creation of sophisticated product visions and roadmaps that address market needs, differentiate us from competitors and drive our profitable growth. You possess the ability to translate complex business problems into efficient product strategies, and to present these both internally and externally. You are admired for your deep understanding of data-products, associated use cases and how to design a robust data platform that delivers an excellent user experience.

As the Director, Product Management (Program Execution products), you will work strategically, and with a powerful team to ensure the success of TELUS Agriculture by constantly developing new innovations, going into new markets and increasing sales and profitability in a sustained manner.

Here\'s How

Product Strategy

• With the help of your team, you\'ll craft the Agribusiness product roadmap for Program Execution, that emphasizes user experience for a broad range of personas.
• Communicate the strategy and roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the internal voice of the user and work closely with marketing and sales to evaluate market opportunities for product positioning

Product Management

• Drive cross-functional processes to ensure products can be fully delivered to customer
• Establish formal product management methodologies working within an Agile development environment
• Break down the overall product strategy and roadmap into specific components that you delegate or own yourself
• Develop, implement and report on product performance metrics
• Work closely with and coordinate the needs of other stakeholder groups in a way that balances need, sets and manages expectations, and leads to successful and timely results
• Create environment for your team to work directly with customers and internal sources for customer feedback
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party solution providers

Team Engagement

• Lead by example in contributing to a strong company culture and high-performing collaborative working environment

• Be a strong leader and member of the leadership team in driving company-wide initiatives and objectives, and contribute to the team\'s growth

• Valued for your 10+ years of leadership in software product management, product marketing and management consulting
• Experience designing data management software and processes, a definite asset
• Respected for developing complex cross value chain solutions
• Known for your enthusiasm and passion for solving customer problems
• Admired for your ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions
• Commended for your strong communication skills and the ability to motivate team members
• You are a leader that people willingly follow
• High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
• A solid understanding of software product management disciplines

• Familiarity with cloud services, project management, program management
• Understanding of agriculture data and current solutions in market, an asset
