Description:We are looking for talented visual designers who specialize in creating high quality advertising campaigns/experiences and energetic motion designs. Within this role you will work with a team of other designers to quickly innovate/ideate new interactions animations and visual stories within an advertising ecosystemTypical task breakdown and operating rhythm:

• The job role is to support the consumer advertising team in both strategic and tactical design efforts such as:
• Executing on designs that the FTEs create.
• Updating templates and adding new features to the advertising template compositions.
• Working in the monetization space with AI and human centered design principles.
• Delivering high quality visual design products with some level of motion or animation design.
• The priority is visual design followed by ideation and then motion or animation design.
