Work location: Belton, Ontario Status: Professional, Permanent, Full Time,

Work location: Hybrid + must be flexible to go to Belton\xe2\x80\x99s office (only when required) Status: Permanent, Full Time.
Reporting to the Manager, transactional data management, the Product Coordinator will be the primary responsible for providing accurate and timely customer service from order placement to delivery as well as build, maintain and nurture customer/vendor relations.
THE CHALLENGES WE OFFER This exciting and unique opportunity is to support the Agronomy Company of Canada which operates 22 franchised joint-venture retail locations in Ontario and the Maritimes selling agricultural crop input products.
Excellence in Customer Service and Order processing (85%)
  • Manage and process efficiently all customer requisitions;
  • Promptly respond to all Customer inquiries;
  • System input/distribution of purchase/sales orders;
  • Process daily orders and customer invoices;
  • Process transactions for Dealer-to-Dealer transfers;
  • Manage and process Back Orders and Additional quantities requests;
  • Monitoring and process credits for recalls of products;
  • Resolve order/receipt/invoice discrepancies;
  • Maintain Customer contact information and Vendor program profiles;

Inventory Reconciliation & Reporting (10%)
  • Process monthly inventory reconciliation;
  • Balance of tote deposits and manage related transactions;
  • Work together with managers on warehouse inventories and sales information gathering, validation and reporting;
  • Supporting the team for other tasks as needed;

Support & ERP Processes (5%)
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and harmonization relating but not limited to process implementations, daily work instruction, procedure development and Ad-hoc projects as assigned;
  • Report system issues and assisting IT with testing and/or meetings for resolution;

** This position requires work extended hours in peak periods, including weekends.
YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE
  • You have a College or University Diploma in a Business/Sales/Logistics related field, combined with relevant experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar role;
  • You possess working experience in the area of customer service and have knowledge of ERP system;
  • You demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • You are able to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels of the organization while continuously maintaining a high degree of professionalism when dealing with stakeholders;
  • You show strong attention to detail and are able to complete tasks with a high degree to accuracy;
  • You can work effectively in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment
  • You are highly adaptable and autonomous;
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimum supervision;
  • You are fluent in English, oral and written (French is an asset);
  • You have strong computer skills, Excel, MS Office, Sharepoint;
  • You possess knowledge of Microsoft Navision, an asset.
