Product Analyst, Human Resources and Payroll

Primary Purpose: The successful candidate will play a key role in maturing our human resource information (HRIS) systems practices, including payroll, and identifying emerging needs within the HRIS/payroll space to enable effective service delivery. They will provide support for the HRIS platform, with an emphasis on streamlining interactions and improving overall user experiences.
Nature of Work: Reporting to the Manager, ICT Finance & Resources Solutions, the Product Analyst will leverage a strong analytical background to effectively manage and mature our HRIS practice and solutions. The Product Analyst will be responsible for aligning maintenance, continual service improvements, and new capabilities whilst partnering with key departments, units, colleges and process managers. The position requires management of competing demands from many diverse stakeholders.
This position will be part of a supportive, cross-functional team that will work collaboratively on payroll and HR service improvement initiatives and projects. As the university\'s systems and technical architecture changes, this position must adapt to the changing system and technology landscape.
