Now we're looking for a produce professional with a keen eye for quality, creativity in merchandising, and strong leadership skills to join our Dundas location team.


What you'll do

Lead and oversee all daily operations within the produce department Ensure product freshness, rotation, and exceptional presentation at all times Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships efficiently Supervise, train, and support team members to deliver top-tier service Maintain department cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards Collaborate with store management to achieve department goals and reduce waste
What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in produce or grocery department management Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach Excellent product knowledge and a commitment to freshness and quality Proven ability to manage stock levels, margins, and shrink effectively Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset A passion for food, teamwork, and community
