Duties

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase produce sales while monitoring market trends and adjusting offerings accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce department to create an inviting shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall store performance.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Conduct regular inspections of produce quality and freshness, making necessary adjustments as needed.
