As a Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement processes and supply chain operations. Your expertise will ensure that we source high-quality materials and manage supplier relationships effectively. You'll collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings. What you'll do



Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management to ensure timely delivery of materials. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms while adhering to Federal Acquisition Regulations. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS for effective materials management and production planning. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in the supply chain and implement corrective actions. Oversee logistics operations to ensure efficient movement of goods from suppliers to production facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on category management initiatives to optimize inventory levels and pricing strategies. Monitor quality management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and market trends.

Basic qualifications



Must be a Permanent Resident (PR holder) in Canada. Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts effectively. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications



Background in manufacturing or logistics environments. Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Knowledge of pricing strategies and quality management practices.

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:

ERP systems: 2 years (required)
