The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly - from sourcing premium ingredients to ensuring they arrive on time, in budget, and ready to delight our guests. This role works closely with suppliers, logistics partners, restaurant operations, and finance, playing a key part in our growth.



What You'll Do

ERP & Data Management

Manage purchase orders, vendor records, inventory data, and pricing in our ERP system. Review and resolve inventory or order exceptions quickly. Keep product, vendor, and pricing information accurate and up to date. Act as the ERP (Marketman) super user, managing system administration and ensuring data accuracy

Logistics & Order Fulfilment

Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments with 3PL partners. Monitor deliveries, resolve delays, and communicate ETAs to stakeholders. Prepare shipping documents and generate performance reports.

Inventory Management

Maintain min/max stock levels and issue replenishment or transfer orders. Ensure product availability for restaurants and special promotions. Set up and manage SKUs, pricing, and ordering codes.

Vendor & Procurement

Act as primary contact for suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms. Track supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Forecast inventory for promotions and seasonal demand.

Collaboration & Projects

Partner with Operations, Kitchen, Marketing, and Finance on launches and campaigns. Support new-store openings with ERP training and inventory setup. Participate in trade shows and supplier visits.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in logistics coordination, supply management, or procurement (hospitality, food service, or CPG preferred). Strong English communication skills; Japanese or Chinese is a plus. Hands-on ERP/TMS experience and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Power BI a bonus). Knowledge of Incoterms, customs documents, freight booking, and 3PL/DC operations. Ability to handle multiple projects, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes calmly. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. * Experience with Marketman ERP will be considered a strong asset.
