Procurement Specialist (In Pharmaceuticals) (FULL TIME)Company Description: Attix Pharmaceuticals is a service provider for licensed distributors in North America. Our licensed distributors supply a full line of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), nutraceuticals, peptides, cosmetic ingredients, natural herbal extracts as well as specialty excipients.Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyzing suppliers' quotations and calculating costs and margins
• Monitoring inventory, processing and following up with purchase orders
• Resolving any issues related to purchase orders
• Interacting and building strong relationships with suppliers
• Analyzing sales & product costs
• Maintaining a clear purchasing record
• Capable of material sourcing and procuring qualified manufacturers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Applicants must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sourcing and purchasing in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industries or similar industries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills
• Strong logical and creative thinking skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a team environment
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel, with strong keyboarding skills
• Strong time management, interpersonal and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task
• Efficient email and telephone skills

Education:

• College Diploma or University Degree preferred
