As the
Processing Supervisor
, you'll oversee and support day-to-day processing and packaging operations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care.
The
Processing Team
is responsible for:
Preparing and curing dried cannabis.
Monitoring and maintaining material during curing.
Operating industrial processing equipment.
Producing hand-crafted cannabis products.
Packaging and labeling final products.
Cleaning and sanitizing all processing equipment and work areas.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and motivating environment.
Manage daily processing operations, ensuring production goals, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and safe chemical handling.
Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate effectively with management and other departments.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory frameworks, and meticulous record-keeping.
Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Oversee and verify all cleaning and sanitation activities.
Review production and inventory records for accuracy and compliance.
Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset.
Local to the Edmonton area (or able to reliably commute).
Comfortable performing repetitive and hands-on tasks.
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs (22 kg), and perform bending, kneeling, and cleaning duties.
Must be able to wear PPE, including sanitary clothing, gloves, respirator, and eye protection as needed.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to entering the facility
No cannabis experience necessary

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
