Process Support/Admin (Full-Time) - Edmonton, AB


Key Responsibilities:

Manage propylene supply chain from source to end users Manage all incoming lab orders, both local mixtures and outsourced US products Prepare orders for shipment, produce all necessary paperwork Assist in quality incident management program, for both local mixtures and US sourced products Place orders against other Linde plants Manage all liquid helium orders Enter plant production data Coordinate industrial orders for Linde branches Order lab standards as required Create C of A's when requested by customers Assist internal and external customers with part number requests and lead times Keep appropriate inventory of spec gas for a variety of customers

Required Qualifications:



Education:

Completion of Grade 12 including business subjects related to data entry and information processing, or completion of an appropriate/related certificate program from business school/college, equivalencies may be considered.

Professional experience:

A minimum 2 years of diversified office administration experience including data entry and information processing within an office administration setting.

Other considerations:

Strong customer focus Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, time management and prioritization skills are required Self-motivated individual, capable of working with minimal supervision Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications
