Role Overview:
The
Process Planner
will oversee thestrategic transfer
of fuselage assembly operations fromdifferent facilities across Canada
, ensuringseamless transition, minimal disruption, and optimized production efficiency
.Key Responsibilities:
Transfer Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement astructured transition plan
for fuselage System assemblies relocation.Supply Chain Coordination:
Coordinate with Operations and logistics Team, ensuringlogistics, material flow, and stakeholders alignment
for uninterrupted movement & installation.Facility Readiness & Infrastructure Setup:
Collaborate with engineering & operations teams toprepare new plant
for fuselage assembly operations.Regulatory & Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence toaviation industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures
.Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely withEngineering, Manufacturing, logistics, and leadership teams
to align transfer objectives.Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
Identify potentialoperational risks
and developcontingency plans
to minimize disruptions.Process Optimization:
Implementlean manufacturing principles
to enhance efficiency post-transfer.Qualifications & Skills:
