BackgroundQualifications & Skills:
Experience:
8+ years ofaerospace manufacturing industry and working experience in operations or planning is must,
.Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity withfuselage assembly processes, tooling, and production workflows or Aero specific
fabrications / Assembly manufacturing.Project Management:
Strong expertise intransition planning, scheduling, execution
and able to negotiate with multiple stakeholders ensuring the project success.Regulatory Compliance:
Understanding ofaviation industry standards (AS9100, Transport Canada, FAA)
.Communication & Leadership:
Ability tocoordinate cross-functional teams
and drive operational success.Problem-Solving:
Analytical mindset toidentify challenges and implement effective solutions
.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $81,672.70-$103,158.69 per year
