SPECTRA is a full service aluminum parts supplier with 5 manufacturing facilities in Ontario with an industry leading growth strategy.Bradford Facility for: Process EngineerSpectra Anodizing is looking for a well-organized team player, that will drive improvement of the overall manufacturing processes through analysis and strategic planning in accordance with facilities goals, use varies methods to investigate, analyze and upgrade Production Processes, and equipment to maximize production efficiencies, reduce costs improve product quality and development for new processes and product innovation.Critical Success Factors: Work in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams in all aspects of process improvement, production implementation and data collection.Developing new and improving process to allow the maximization of production resources, in alignment with the facilities goals.Responsible for Process Management aspects such as document control, implementation, and monitoring of process controls in various manufacturing processes, including daily review of process inputs/outputs, as well as identifying and correcting significant or unacceptable process variation and excursions.Preparing project plans and executing on project deliverables.Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate: Commitment to learning, by way of advanced courses and/or a university degree.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, fluent in both oral and written English.Proficient with standard office computer software's/applications such as Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), as well as ERP systems.Spectra Anodizing Inc. offers a competitive wage.
