Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this is an excellent position for someone interested in making a great impact using continuous improvement methods. If you are interested in furthering your education in this field and are willing to work hard to make a difference, this is the role for you.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate continuous improvement projects and events
• Measure and report on key performance indicators
• Help identify improvement efficiencies and procedure changes
• Maintaining visual boards
• Other duties as required
• Some travel to other Chandler Branches will be required

Requirements:

• Has some training and/or hands-on experience with Process Improvement and is willing to pursue further training in the field (Green Belt)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Individuals must be well organized, with proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities
• Ability to interact with multiples levels of leadership
• Strong computer skills and proficient user of Excel and Word
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently
• Adaptable and flexible with a can do, positive attitude
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license

Assets:

• JD Edwards skills
• Cognos reporting and Tableau skills
• Previous process management or Six Sigma/ Lean training or experience
