With this in mind, we work tirelessly to drive improvements across our security services and accelerate our customers digital journey in a safe and trusted environment.Your Impact:A Business Process Analyst role at OpenText involves problem solving, operating and improving a wide variety of Engineering processes, tools and reports, and working on special projects.It aslo nvolves supporting cross-functional projects and analysis within the expanding Engineering organization's PMO Business Process team. This role includes providing PMO leads with standardized reporting and presentations, preparing variance analysis for large expenditures, building positive relationships with FP&A, HR and IT partners, participating in process improvement initiatives, supporting ongoing projects and integration activities, analyzing ad-hoc requests, and documenting processes for continuous process improvement efforts.The Engineering PMO provides support to the Engineering Leadership team to help meet operations objectives.What the role offers:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will:

• Work on problems identified by leadership, engaging with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify options and recommendations
• Delivery of standardized and ad hoc reports & metrics, analyzing results and creating summaries
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, including analysis, documentation and training
• Support ongoing operations projects, communicating status, identifying and resolving risks to meet deadlines
• Assist with acquisition integration activities
• Analyze and respond to ad-hoc requests

What you need to Succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or PMO organization
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and other inputs
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with technical staff and peers
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Process improvement experience
• Project management experience desirable
• Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
