The Automation Process Analyst will play a key role in Oxford\xe2\x80\x99s automation program. The program is a core capability that will enable our business to scale globally, aligning with our strategy\xe2\x80\x99s focus on global business transformation. This individual will be responsible for supporting the automation of processes and championing the capability throughout the organization. This role will be supporting the planning, designing, deploying, maintenance and troubleshooting through all layers of the process automation lifecycle and will work as part of the Automation team alongside other leadership members. The Automation Process Analyst will be responsible for working with all lines of business and application teams to facilitate the delivery needs of the program.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Documenting current state processes, identify areas of opportunities for robotic process automation technologies, and shape a comprehensive solution
  • Assessing the process landscape and prioritize processes by feasibility to build a strong automation pipeline
  • Involve key business and IT stakeholders to document processes, participate in technical solutioning and lead user acceptance testing
  • Determine tangible and intangible business benefits for automation
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) and the liaison between technical personnel and non-technical personnel
  • Champion the usage and deployment of automation frameworks and act as a change agent in their adoption
  • Communicating outcomes to promote Intelligent Automation
To succeed in this role, you have:

Required:
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, technology, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading and facilitating workshops with cross functional teams
  • Minimum 3-5 years of business analysis and project delivery experience impacting organization-wide process, technology, and data changes
  • Understanding and interest of technology and how it supports business processes
  • Experience in Robotic Automation and Business Project Management including a working knowledge of leading technologies (e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
  • Experience delivering in Agile delivery streams along with knowledge of other SDLC models
  • Ability to deliver pragmatic and innovative approaches that optimize processes across business strategies and technology capabilities
  • Demonstrate curiosity in business processes to challenge the established thinking and help generate new ideas and approaches to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence team members and business partners through analyses and fact-based recommendations
  • Demonstrates flexibility in dealing with change, ambiguity, and adversity in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of being able to deliver results with multiple time-sensitive deadlines
  • Superior analytical skills

  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence or machine learning based technologies
  • In depth experience in the full lifecycle of automation solution implementation
