In this role, you will be responsible for leading our development and operations team to help them implement the art of the possible Automations by improving, streamlining, standardization and implementing the best use of RPA technologies. Our Automation Centre of Excellence team is an exciting new team focused on maximising the newest RPA and Intelligent automation technologies to deliver solutions to our business users, returning capacity so they can focus on high improved work.

This role will be primarily responsible for:

Driving automation and the adoption of next-generation technologies for Intelligent Automation (e.g., integrating RPA with machine learning, AI, natural language processing, Chatbots)

Hands on experience in delivering projects including various RPA technologies like UiPath, Power Automate etc.

Design an end-to-end RPA solution for various projects, identify reusable components and build reusable modules

Lead the development team for delivering new automations and operations team to support ongoing monitoring and delivering bugs/enhancements.

Prepare and lead automation platform and infrastructure design architecture artifacts

Review code for the best practice and governance and provide technical support for other internal teams developing RPA solutions

Engage partners to show Automation Art of Possible and helping them think through the ideas and identify improvement/automation opportunities

Recommending & Implementing changes to existing business processes to improve productivity and effectiveness, simplify end-to end-processes, adopt standardization, and introduce innovative automation solutions

Accountable for development of new automations, maintenance, support and availability of existing Automated processes, and application support responsibilities including break/fixes, upgrades and patches by working with Production Support team

To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

Experience as an Automation practitioner applying Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, organisational change, design thinking frameworks, best practices, and Agile tools

5-7 years of working knowledge of UiPath (RPA) and understanding of its product and roadmap (UiPath Platform including Process Mining, AI Centre, Document Understanding)

Excellent understanding of current RPA products and technology & upcoming trends in the RPA technology landscape

Solid understanding of various underlying technologies used in RPA, such as Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Analytics etc.

Experience in leading architecture aspects of software development with a strong emphasis on reusable application development and architecture design patterns

Ability to communicate effectively with technology, security, network, and internal business teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as produce clear and concise written documentation

Give regular demos to business users

Experience in workshop facilitation, partner engagement and spearheading working sessions

Support and guide the operations team to troubleshoot production issues and lead the infrastructure issues for automations for resolution

Mentor developers and performs code reviews for quality control
