We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries. This role requires a blend of retail sales experience, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for all patrons.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for various merchandise.
Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering tasks.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to promote sales.
Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure the pro shop is stocked with inventory, conducting regular checks to maintain product availability.
Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Knowledge of Golf
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good phone etiquette.
