White Point Golf Club is a historic 9-hole oceanside course on Nova Scotia's South Shore, originally designed by Donald Ross. Our club is known for its welcoming community, scenic beauty, and commitment to providing a memorable golf experience for members and guests alike.

Position Summary

We're seeking an energetic and organized Pro Shop Manager to lead day-to-day operations for the 2026 golf season. The successful candidate will oversee retail sales, tee-time coordination, member services, and general shop management while fostering a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily pro shop operations and provide exceptional customer service

Oversee retail sales, inventory management, and merchandising

Coordinate tee times, tournaments, and member bookings

Supervise and schedule seasonal staff

Ensure smooth operation of POS and booking systems (Lightspeed experience an asset)

Support the overall golfer experience through professional and positive engagement

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or golf operations preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Comfort with technology and point-of-sale systems

Passion for golf and hospitality

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
