Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting members and their guests with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in promoting our products, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of the pro shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively sell and upsell products.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting merchandise. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Engage in technical sales by providing knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs. Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing and transaction handling. Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability. Ensure compliance with shop policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with basic math concepts for cash handling tasks. Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is advantageous but not required. A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping customers find the right products for their needs.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
