Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ONLINE Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English teaching and tutoring, with the ability to engage and inspire students in English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children of different ages and learning styles.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs Develop personalized lesson plans that align with students level. Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance learning experiences Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
Requirements
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children Major in English Literature, English Language Art, Education or relevant majors is a preference Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods
