Inspiration Learning Center - York Mills

(located at York Mills & Don Mills, North York).

You will be teaching

K-12 English reading and/or writing

in private or small group settings at our tutoring center in York Mills. You will have access to a supportive environment, and we provide teaching materials, allowing you the flexibility to tailor lessons to each student's unique skill set.

Responsibilities:

Instruct students in one-on-one form or in a small, group-based environment Help students improve their learning skills and critical thinking Assign, collect and mark homework Report on student progress regularly to center admin staff

Skills and Qualifications:

Passion for teaching and mentoring students Be enrolled in or graduated from post-secondary institutions Good teaching skills and experience in teaching K12 courses especially G1-G8 Knowledge of the Ontario curriculum, having OCT certificate is an asset Ability to develop lesson plans based on students' needs and feedback Effective interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
