Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in an assisted living facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document changes in residents\' health and behavior
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being of residents
- Provide specialized care and respect for individuals with dementia Skills:
- Experience in senior care or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of the physical and emotional needs of seniors
