Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Centered Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, enhancing their quality of life through personalized care. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of being the provider of choice for home care services.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients. Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Document client progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Requirements

Experience in assisted living or home care settings preferred. Knowledge of dementia and hospice care practices is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse populations. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with physical tasks as required. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
