Print Production Coordinator

Job Description
Robert Half is currently seeking Print Production Coordinators to join our contract roster. The Print Production Coordinator will help to support Robert Half\'s clients across the GTA. These contract roles may be fully remote, hybrid, or fully onsite depending on requirements from our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to liaise with Account Executives, media and creative agencies to secure production contracts
- Quote and order advertising production material
- Liaise with account executives and creative agencies with regards to production file preparation and specs
- Forward orders and art to various suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, agencies, suppliers and internal staff
Requirements:
- Very strong organizational skills
- Have a service and solution mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of the English language
- Production brokering or sales experience is an asset
