Job Description

We are a print and full-service business centre located in Vancouver BC. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and energetic individual who has a solid and flexible set of customer service skills for our lead graphic design and print production position. You will be working closely with regular clientele, as well as walk-ins. The ability to be efficient and communicate is a must. This a part time, temporary position currently, but can lead to permanent full time in the future.

• Qualifications and Requirements:
• +3 years of relevant industry or equivalent combined experience and education.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Have a positive attitude, be proactive and full of fresh ideas.
• Excellent knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
• Confidence to lead projects, set priorities and manage multiple projects at a time.
• Quick learner for new programs as well as print equipment
• Have a strong eye for detail and can maintain this accuracy under numerous tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Experience in an office workspace
• Ability to field phone calls, problem solve and customer service experience in retail setting. Must have strong customer service skills

Some \xe2\x80\x9cGreat-to-haves\xe2\x80\x9d:

• Experience in a print shop
• Experience shipping orders with couriers such as FedEx & DHL
• Web design, UX knowledge and experience in coding
• Experience in photography \xe2\x80\x93 shooting & editing
• Social media experience & familiarity with major media platforms
