Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for print production and advertising? Join Robert Half\'s client, a leading organization specializing in out of home advertising, as a Print Production Coordinator. This is a 3 month contract for our client in the Mississauga area.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Account Executives, media partners, and creative agencies to secure production contracts.
- Prepare accurate quotes and efficiently order advertising materials to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and creative agencies to ensure production files are properly prepared and adhere to required specifications.
- Forward orders and artwork to suppliers, overseeing the creation process and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, agencies, suppliers, and team members.
- Coordinate production schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards.
- Monitor and track production progress, promptly addressing any issues that may arise to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist in resolving any production-related challenges, offering effective solutions to meet client needs and expectations.

- Previous experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, clients and agencies is required.
- Highly organized individual with a keen attention to detail.
- Service and solution-oriented mindset, dedicated to meeting client requirements.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Previous sales experience or production brokering will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with print production processes and materials preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
