Job Summary

Multi Design Graphics Inc. is currently seeking a full-time

Print Production Assistant

to join our production team at our Mississauga location. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-volume print environment with custom orders and complex equipment. The position supports the day-to-day operations of the production department and plays a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our output.

The successful candidate will assist with various production tasks, perform quality control checks to ensure final products meet our high standards, and support multiple stages of print and sign production. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential for someone who is detail-focused, process-oriented, motivated to learn, and dependable under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day print production process Install vinyl graphics and signage Trim, weed, and pre-mask graphics Package and kit printed materials for shipping or installation Assist with hands-on manufacturing of various types of signage Maintain organized production areas and manage inventory levels Assist with research and development initiatives as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Assist, train, and share knowledge with other members of the production team

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital print environment Previous experience in a print production setting High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of industry terminology and graphic production processes Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long durations (excluding designated break times) Excellent time management, organizational, and active listening skills Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot independently Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English Punctual, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team environment Willingness to work overtime when needed Computer proficiency is an

asset

Familiarity with digital cutting equipment and front-end production software is an

asset

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Work Conditions
