Position Number: 00042263Description:About us:The Communications team of University Admissions and Outreach (UAO), in the Division of the Vice-Provost for Strategic Enrolment Management (VP-SEM), is responsible for marketing and communications of all direct entry undergraduate programs at the University to prospective students and applicants. Communications works in close collaboration with the UAO teams in Recruitment, Outreach, and Admissions, as well as the University Registrar\'s Office, and divisional and campus partners. Within the UAO\'s context, the Communications team is responsible for inbound and outbound marketing, internal communications, coordinating tri-campus messaging, creating content, updating websites and resources, developing marketing collateral, as well as acting as a resource for divisional/campus communications, admissions, and recruitment teams.Your opportunity:Reporting to the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Admissions Communications and working in close association with University Admissions and Outreach and divisional work teams, the Print and Digital Communications Officer creates content for all UAO platforms (print, web and digital) also provides advice and content consultation to all first entry divisions, including copy editing of all print materials and Future Students website, ensuring a consistent look across all collateral. The position also produces multimedia content including photography, video and social media. The incumbent, in consultation with the Assistant Director, is responsible for production schedules, print quotes, distribution of materials locally, nationally and internationally, as well as setting deadlines and ensuring accuracy of all prospective student materials.Your responsibilities will include:
