Overview

What We Need

The world of networking is rapidly evolving with multi-cloud, SDN and virtualization technology. NetBrain is positioned to solve the largest unsolved network challenges; problem diagnosis automation across hybrid network. We are looking to add a Principal Network Architect in the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s office. This role will lead the transformation of network operations through automation, leveraging our state of art automation platform across the 2,500 enterprise customers. The individual will be reporting directly to the CEO and founder, while working closely with engineering team, R&D team and customers.

The Impact You\xe2\x80\x99ll Make

Through this role, you will have a massive impact on the entire network industry by enabling automation as the default solution to all levels of network operation challenges, at scale. You will be leading a NetOps revolution in that no-code becomes the standard way to build automation. Additionally, you will be working with the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest network and smartest network professionals every day. There will be no shortage of challenges and excitements when the largest IT challenges are gracefully solved by automation.

What You\'ll Do

  • You will be the lead evangelist of automation value and our no-code automation approach in front of customers, industry peers and our internal engineering team
  • Lead the architecture, engineering and implementation efforts of NetBrain\xe2\x80\x99s automation system for the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest networks.
  • Train and enable internal and external engineering teams to become the next-level automation practitioners, with systematically designed courses and workshop.
  • Engage with existing partners in both hardware and software industry, to facilitate collaboration to better serve common customers.
  • Lead and manage the creation of NetBrain\xe2\x80\x99s automation library, to accelerate the customer\xe2\x80\x99s automation journey
Who You Are
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
  • Industry Network Certification such as CCIE, JNCIE is preferred
  • 10+ years of Experience in one or more of the key areas, with a demonstrated history delivering positive results within: Network Operations (NOCs), Network Security, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Continued Network Optimization
  • Experience with common network management tools including Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Log Analysis etc.
  • Professional Services experience highly desirable
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience and mentality to apply automation to network operation challenges
